The Nigeria customer service index is a national evaluation metric on the state of customer service across nine (9) sectors.

It’s an independent and objective data compilation of customer satisfaction  on quality of goods and service delivery across the nation.

The NCSI collates responses, probes and delivers a holistic report with a view to reveal trends, causes, effects of these sectors in our national life.
